Our Story

Quintas Capital traces its origins back to 2005, when Quintas Partners, an accountancy and advisory practice in Ireland, was first established. Prior to the acquisition of Quintas Partners by Xeinadin, Quintas Capital was formally established in 2022.

With a reconstituted shareholder base comprising many of the founding partners, new strategic shareholders, and the senior management team, Quintas Capital builds on nearly two decades of experience as it aspires to be a leader in private markets investing in Ireland and beyond.

Our Mission

Our mission is to originate, structure, and invest in opportunities on behalf of institutions, family offices, and high-net-worth clients, while simultaneously building an ecosystem for private capital that drives economic growth and creates a lasting societal impact.

Managing EIIS Funds Since 2008

An EIIS Fund pools investor capital and allocates it across a small portfolio of qualifying Irish companies, typically over 12 months. Investors receive income tax relief (up to 50%) once shares are issued and Revenue documentation is filed.

The capital must remain invested for at least 4 years, after which returns are generated through company cashflows, refinancing, or asset sales.

Throughout the period, the fund manager provides oversight, reporting, and support
to protect investor interests and help
businesses scale.

How an EIIS Fund Operates

Real Estate - Investing in commercial and residential developments through tailored debt and equity solutions, delivering stable returns and long-term value.

Managed Equity - Direct, flexible equity investments in profitable private companies, partnering with founders and investors to drive long-term growth without the constraints of a traditional private equity fund.

We also offer additional investment opportunities. More can be found on our website www.QuintasCapital.ie
